Refunds & Exchanges

Customers within Australia who purchase online may return or exchange items due to change of mind or product fault within 30 days from receipt of goods. Items will only be accepted for exchange or return if they remain in their original condition and packaging.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund any other items that have been used.

Please ensure you attach a copy of your receipt, a note explaining why you would like to return the item, your return address and telephone number.

Returns are at the accountability of the individual. It is advised to use a tracking number from Australia Post to minimise the risk of lost goods.

Please allow 10-15 business days from the date of return; for delivery time, receiving, processing and postal return.
